World Tai Chi & Qigong Day Celebration

Join us to help celebrate Adrian's favorite holiday - World Tai Chi & Qigong Day!

Each year, World TC & Q Day is held on the last Saturday of April; the meaning of the day is to unify all tai chi and qigong practitioners across the Earth into solidarity by practicing mindfully - a wave of healing energy is said to build as each time zone begins practicing at 10am; that wave then wraps around the earth, sending healing chi energy to all.

This FREE class will again be hosted by Adrian VanKeuren and Dr Lyle Wilson, and will be appropriate for all practitioner levels, from no experience to fellow instructors.

If the weather cooperates, we will be OUTSIDE next to the lake. In case of inclement weather, we will be inside the library's meeting room.
