Beetroot & Orange Cured Salmon Gravadlax served on an English muffin with wilted spinach, avocado, lemon-infused crème fraîche, and two poached eggs.

OR

Fig & Sunflower Pâté with bocconcini wrapped in prosciutto, wild rocket, and baked camembert on toasted seed loaf, finished with a porcini, walnut, and honey ragout.

End your experience on a sweet note with an individual baked cheesecake featuring a ginger biscuit crust and mixed berry compote.
