Event Site Opening Day 2025

It's time to get the ball rolling with our Site Opening volunteer day! Help us get our site up and running for 2025 as we jump into another year of epic events!

Founders speech during lunch sharing some of this years goals.

Group game and fireside to close off the day.

**Event Schedule**
-10:00am arrival & check-in
-10:15am site work
-1:00pm - BBQ lunch & speech
-2:00pm - Killer Bunner game
-3:30pm - event end

**Major Goal list:**
-put canvas back on pavillion
-W**d arena
-setup town billboard
-clean out crew shack
-hang lights in pavillion
-clear debris from trails

**What to Bring**
-weather appropriate clothes
-work gloves
-water bottle
-a sweater for the evening
