Restorative Yoga - Candlelight & Cookies

Join us for a deeply soothing evening designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect during this busy season. This candlelit restorative yoga class is all about gentle support, soft lighting, and spacious relaxation. We’ll settle into long, comforting poses with props, allowing the body to unwind and the mind to quiet.

After our 60 minute practice, stay for cookies and connection with our Rise Yoga community. It’s the perfect December reset — nourishing, grounding, and peaceful.

No experience needed. Just come as you are, ready to rest. ✨🕯️
