Elkstone Elixir: Wet-Hopped Lager Release Party!

From farm to glass! It's hop harvesting season in Colorado and Elkstone Farm has some amazing wild cascade hops that we get to help pick! Within a few hours of being harvested, the fresh hops are in the tank to condition our finished Pilsner-style lager, a process commonly referred to as wet-hopping. These unique hops provide aromatics reminiscent of ripe summer melon, mint, and chive with a crisp hop finish. Elkstone Farm will set-up a farm stand at Mountain Tap with their locally grown produce and cottage foods from 5-7pm. Come taste the most local of local beers and support our local farmers! Beer taps at 3pm.
