New Volunteer Training

We need volunteers to help throughout Pride month! Stay tuned for a link to sign up!

This training will cover the basics of how to be a safe supportive person for lgbtqia2s+ youth, in particular. We will also talk about our safety plan for those who are signed up to volunteer at the Yampa Valley Pride festival.

Some volunteer roles, such as tabling for Queer Futures or Yampa Valley Pride at the Pride festival or farmer's market, will only require you to attend this training. Anyone who would like to volunteer assisting youth programs, such as Queer Prom, must attend this training, complete mandatory reporter training, AND complete a CABS background check.
