Reiki Level 1

Reiki 1 is all about self-care. This two-day course teaches you everything that you need to know to give Reiki to yourself, your family and friends. You will get lots of hands-on practice so that you leave with confidence and feel motivated to continue your Reiki practice and support your family, friends and pets with this beautiful energy. This course includes four Attunements, meditation to help your practice along with information on ethics, the Precepts of Reiki, history and much more. You will be supported after the class to continue to practice self-reiki through online and in person practices and our private Facebook page.
