Beneath — The Cellar Session

As part of the Grampians Fine Wine Festival, Seppelt Great Western presents Beneath – The Cellar Session: a one-night-only progressive underground dining event.

Four sparkling wines. Four bold street-style dishes by Executive Chef Bryden Buckingham. Every pour perfectly matched, every space bringing its own energy.

Start in the Remuage Room with a sparkling welcome before moving deeper into the historic Drives. Three more stops await, each a fresh mood, a new pour, a new hit of flavour.

The trail ends in the Barrel Hall, dessert ready and music live. The bar is pouring sparkling cocktails and wine by the glass, bottles are lined up if you want to take the night home, and the space is yours until you’re ready to step back into the world above.
