About the event

SIH Non-profit Support - Using a Theory of Change to Drive Impact w/ Clearview Evaluation
Meet in the warehouse and bring your lunch!

Very casual time for our non-profits to gather, share ideas, frustrations, and otherwise support one another.

Nonprofit leaders have a clear vision of the change they want to make, but how can we gain insight into the path that leads to change? Liam Ristow will share one approach, a theory of change, that provides leaders and other stakeholders with a "map" of the change process. This simple tool can be a surprisingly powerful way to clarify how we expect change to occur, identify missing pieces, and measure progress toward change. Practical examples and discussion will be featured.
