Join Brittlyn Foster and Hailey Metzler this fall for a nourishing two-part wellness series designed to support mind, body, and spirit.
Each session will begin with gentle yoga movement to help you ground into your body, followed by breathwork and guided meditation to calm the nervous system and open space for reflection. From there, we’ll move into intentional journaling prompts and a supportive group discussion, creating a space for sharing and connection.
Session One: Release
Together we’ll explore practices that help us let go of what no longer serves—whether that’s stress, limiting beliefs, or old patterns—so we can move forward with more lightness and clarity.
Session Two: Receive
This session will focus on cultivating openness, self-compassion, and abundance, allowing us to welcome in the good things waiting for us—joy, ease, and new possibilities.
