Prairie Walk at Williams Woods

Learn about the prairie restoration and other projects underway at Williams Woods! Warren County Community Foundation and NICHES Land Trust will host a Prairie Walk to showcase the progress at this nature preserve. Shannon Stanis, Executive Director of NICHES, will lead the hike.

This event is part of the America250 celebration, during which counties in Indiana are celebrating America's 250th anniversary now through July 4, 2026. Each month, the Warren County Historical Society’s America 250 Committee has a different event or activity planned to help celebrate our heritage.

We strongly encourage you to bring water and wear long pants and sturdy shoes.
