The streets of downtown State College will transform into a high-speed racecourse for the inaugural Happy Valley Cycling State College Criterium, hosted by the Happy Valley Sports & Entertainment Alliance! This USA Cycling-sanctioned event is the official Pennsylvania State Criterium Championship for Elite and Masters divisions—featuring the best cyclists in the state battling it out for the title.
