FRIDAY, JULY 25TH at MANNY'S — A NIGHT WITH HONK FAMILY BAND!

Born on the Open Streets of New York City in 2022, HONK Family Band has quickly become one of NYC’s most beloved first-call party bands. With a joyful blend of New Orleans brass, Brazilian samba, and street band energy, they’ve lit up parades and public spaces across the Big Apple—from the Mermaid Parade to the Jersey City Jazz Fest and beyond.

Their ever-evolving lineup performs everything from Rebirth Brass Band, Dizzy Gillespie, and Duke Ellington to the Talking Heads, Nirvana, and Fela Kuti, creating an infectious, genre-blurring sound that celebrates community, spontaneity, and joy.

This isn’t just a concert—it’s a call to action!

We’re inviting musicians to jump in and perform, families to bring their children and join the parade, and everyone to come add their own spice to this wildly inclusive and inspired street party experience.

Presented in collaboration with Secret Planet, this evening is a celebration of music, movement, and radical togetherness.
