What to bring?

As you will be lying on the floor, it is recommended that you bring anything to make yourself comfortable including a yoga mat, a cushions or bolster, blanket, and wear cosy, comfortable clothes. I suggest you bring a water bottle too.

Arrival & Parking

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. There is limited car parking available on site. However there is on street parking nearby within walking distance of the hall.
