Event Details:

Date and Time: Thursday, May 15th and Friday, May 16th at 8:00am -2:00pm

Set up starts at 7am

Location: Stanfield Geo-Ecology Learning Center (36697 W. Papago Drive, Stanfield, AZ 85172)

Additional Information:

Reserve your table space for a great OUTDOOR vendor event to sell your Spring cleaning items, unwanted and gently used, or new items. All food vendors are also welcomed.

Event Registration Fee: $5.00 per table, per day [PAY AT EVENT ONLY]

Please ensure all your table attendees sign in at the registration table prior to setting up your table.

Event Preparation:

Plan to arrive 1 hour prior to the event time for setting up.

Vendors must provide table(s), chair(s), and a recommended pop-up tent with weights.

Setups larger than 6 ft will be required to purchase additional space(s).

Registration is non-refundable. Spaces will be assigned when you arrive at the event.

Loading and Parking:

Vendors must unload their products/tables/etc. and move their vehicle from the loading zone prior to setting up their space.

Storage bins that cannot be hidden under the table must be returned to vehicles.

Parking on the West side of the library.

Table take-down is at 2:00pm and all items will need to be removed.
