Soul You Day Retreat (FULLY BOOKED)

After the success of the “New Me” Day Retreat, I’m very grateful to announce the second day retreat this year, “Soul You” perfectly time just after the Summer Solstice to connect to your passion, your motivation, your drive, your soul!

Including meditations, breathwork, yoga, ceremonial cacao, ceremonies, sound healing and much more.

Light lunch & refreshments provided.

£50 exchange. £25 deposit to secure a space.
