To say I’m excited is an understatement…

I’m beyond honored to be hosting Sam from Pack Life LA right here in Maine for an exclusive 3-day workshop this summer! Sam has been a mentor, inspiration, and guiding light in my own journey as a trainer—and now, she’s coming to share her brilliance in person right here in Maine August 22-24.
