Arenac County Family Back to School Event

This is the annual Arenac County Back to School event! For ALL Arenac County kids - both Standish Sterling AND Au Gres Sims school districts.

The WELL in partnership with McKinny Vento will have the backpacks. Different community organizations and businesses will be providing the School Supplies.

We have moved the location for a couple reasons - 1, in previous years the weather was very hot and we had several medical concerns, and 2, the Sunrise Community Resource Center is being remodeled to be the RESOURCE HUB for the county and we want you to see ALL the agencies that will be under one roof, including, the Arenac County Health Department.
