Summer Solstice Yoga / Pilates

Sally Wormall and Joni Russell (JR Fit) are thrilled to be hosting our Summer Solstice class at the stunning Molecey Mill in aid of Dementia Support South Lincs.

Join us for a blend of Freestyle Yoga & Fitness Pilates in these glorious surroundings for a very special event. A chance to stretch and move, whilst enjoying a beautiful summer’s evening.

The class is designed for people (16 and over) with some experience of yoga and pilates and of good general health. However we will offer options for all levels so if you’re a beginner, no problem!

Please note that as this is a charity “pop up” class and we tend to get lots of people there, we are unable to provide individual support. If you regularly attend our classes and are confident adapting to suit your needs due to injuries or illnesses, please come along. It is not appropriate for new participants with special requirements.

We suggest a £10 donation and will update this page with how best to do this in due course.
