How to Write a Marketing Plan

As part of its business training series, Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council, Inc. (WCCRC) is hosting a workshop on How to Write a Marketing Plan led by Simona David. The event will take place Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 5 to 6:30 pm at WCCRC Community Room, 125 Main Street, Stamford, NY.

Participants will learn what goes into a Marketing Plan, how to write an executive summary, product descriptions, how to conduct market analysis, strategic market overview and positioning, how to set marketing objectives, the difference between a marketing plan and a marketing strategy, how to create buyer / user personas, how to run marketing campaigns, set budgets, and evaluate results. A variety of tools will be addressed, including the use of generative AI. This workshop is free, but advance registration is recommended.
