Finding time in the week for yourself to be mindful and focus on ways to have positive mental health can be tricky.
Carve out an hour on Tuesdays to explore a variety of art techniques through creative journaling.

The workshops will provide a space to be mindful, reflect and de-stress whilst having fun and exploring a variety of art techniques.
You don't have to be 'good at art'! The sessions are led by a professional artist to help and guide participants.
