This is a gentle, women's evening will help you relax, let go, and reconnect with yourself and others. All of our events designed for you to come along and take what you need, no pressure to join in or get involved or share if you don't want to.
Youโll be guided through a peaceful meditation, supported to release whatโs been feeling heavy if you choose to, and then you have the option to try the activities at our 3 creative stations. You donโt need to be โartisticโ you can just have a go! Otherwise grab a cuppa, a slice of cake and you can relax whilst chatting with like minded ladies who truly "get it".
