Have a go! Swimrun training @Longside Lake

If you are new to swimrun or have a few under your belt come along to our Swimrun training session where you can try out a short swimrun course and practise swimming and running with the support of experienced swimrunners and coaches Jude and Paul. You will definitely go away with more confidence and the swimrun bug. Great for budding triathletes too.
We will have kit on hand for you to try out and plenty of hot drinks and cake afterwards. A great opportunity to learn top tips, train and make new swimrun friends.
A great way to try out swimrun before entering our South East Swimrun events or any other swimruns.

Date: Sun 1st June Sept
Time: 9am for 1.5 hrs
Location: Longside Lake near Egham

NOTE - you must be confident swimming in open water and be able to swim more than 200m in a pool.
