Gentle Yoga for all Ages

If you have always fancied trying yoga, but you think that you are too old, or too inflexible, then this class is for you. The purpose of yoga is to help us to feel more comfortable in our body whatever our fitness.

All ages are welcome in this class which includes stretching, strengthening, breathing, deep relaxation and definitely some laugher too. Come and give it a go - I can lend you a mat to get started. Any questions give me a ring Patricia 07860581108
