Join us anytime between 8:15 AM and 1:15 PM for your 10-minute burner session🔥
Each session includes 10 signature F45 Playoffs exercises — designed to test your muscular endurance, speed, agility, and metabolic rate. ❤️🔥
A few important details:
✔️ Participants MUST book in advance for this Open House (Free) Event
✔️ Non-members MUST register in the F45 Training App and sign your waiver
✔️ Each 15-minute slot has only 2 spots available (Join the waiting list)
✔️Invite a Friend and Record Your Score on the Leaderboard!
