She works with metal and crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and a variety of percussion instruments to create a rich vibrational soundscape.

Intentional sound frequencies allow the body to reset the nervous system and circadian rhythms, reduce chronic stress and anxiety, and promote harmony to the physical, emotional and subtle energetic fields of the body. Sound is a vehicle for promoting peace within.

Mat, pillow, eye cover, knee bolster, light blanket, infused water and herbal tea are provided for your comfort.
