Free Balance 101 class for Seniors

Come have fun and improve your balance at the same time in this recurring edition of our "Importance of The Foot" Playshop series.

This is a 1-hr class where we will utilize products, games and drills from The Foot Collective to explore, play, improve and challenge our balance capacity.

Please bring water, sweat towel and a smile! If you have a TFC Solemate already, please bring it to class too!
