Art of Ramen Cooking Class Night @ Hyde Park Village (Three-Course)

Say hello to our Art of Ramen 3 Course Cooking Night Theme at none other than at Hyde Park Village!

We’ll be renting out a venue and we’ll have our options for the members to either get the hands on experience or spectate.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

- Handmade Ramen: Vegetable Broth, Shoyu Tare, Black Garlic Oil, Sesame Grilled Tofu, Kimchi, Negi, Nori

- Mushroom Gyoza (dumpling): Savory Mushroom, Asian Slaw, Shiitake demi-glace

- Bingsu: Shaved Ice, Mango, Almond, Basil Whipped Cream

All of this will come with Pineapple Fresca which will be made from Hibuscus Flower.

This class will focus on an in-depth exploration of traditional Japanese and French cooking.

There will be:

- At least two professional chefs

- Full service staff

- Chef’s Apron - Chef Towels

- All Tools & Equipment

- 100% Hands-on experience

- Quality Local Ingredients

- Basic Knife Skill Course

- Downloadable PDF Recipes

- French Culinary Techniques

This ticket contains the admission to our event itself with group access for the night into our social club known as Tampa Bay Meetup.
