108 Summer Salutations

With the passing of the summer solstice, we've made a turning point. Do you want to move into second half of the year with focus, fire, and awareness? As the cycle steadily moves from peak brightness toward autumnal equinox, let's join together to finish this quarter strong. Whatever you're ready to grow and release, let the repetition of the sun salutation ritual lay the track for the rest of the season.

The 108 Summer Suns will end with a dreamy sound bath meditation and a lovely savasana. Afraid you can't do it? Don't worry. Jessica provides plenty of options, modifications, and breaks. Get your hamstrings ready and let's goooo!
