Theater Performance Workshop: Hidden Stories

***The January 4 class starts at 3:00PM***

Act, sing, dance and perform in a show that lifts up local and national trailblazers from Toni Stone and Claudette Colvin as well as makes space for youth voice and self-care practices. Most theatre programs in schools are not representative of students of color, nor do they highlight Black stories beyond the traditional cannon.

This program seeks to transform that and empower our youth with knowledge and the joy of performance!

With the outstanding leadership of our creative team featuring Eliza Rasheed, Laura Mann-Hill, Ashawnti Ford, and Jibrail!!
