Payne-Phalen Community Block Party

This free event will gather ideas and information from Payne-Phalen community members about what they want to see for Arcade. Folks will tell us their preferences for pollinators, trees, and streetscaping amenities. They'll sample food from area restaurants and delis, create art, and enjoy special activities.
