Mural Dedication (McMurray Tunnel)

This new mural brings color and vibrancy to a path along Lexington Ave in Como Park. This dedication will be a chance to hear from the youth artists on their experience and inspiration, as well as from elected officials. We recommend parking along the north side of Jessamine, with a short walk to the tunnel along Lexington Pkwy.

This project is a collaborative effort between Elissa Cedarleaf Dahl and six Right Track Interns from Saint Paul high schools: “Ale” Alexandra Ramirez Sanchez, “Meenah” Dameenah McCalister Munoz, E'Lijah Parker, Yasmeen Benlhabib, “Alli” Vannyva Kem, Ethan Kendall. The team explored Como Park and its community, visiting popular sites in the park and attending the popular Hmong Freedom Festival.
