Combined Memorial WODs (Clifton, Tommy, and Woodbury)

We will be holding the three workouts simultaneously at the top of every hour at the training center, so come as early as you can and select the workout you would like to join for that hour. Challenge yourself to run all three! We are tentatively planning to begin with an Honor Guard ceremony at 0830 if staffing allows, followed by guided instruction on performing the various lifts. Families of the honorees will be present and may speak if they wish.
