Women’s Wellness Day

This will be the 3rd Women’s Wellness Day after the highly successful 2 events last year. A day for women to move, nourish, learn and relax for all stages of our busy lives. You will be hosted by Claire Darlow, owner of Move into Wellness who runs ‘Move into Wellness’ offering Pilates and Women’s Wellness sessions, also ‘Retreat into Wellness’ offering Wellness retreats and events in the UK and abroad.

This day will be a wonderful mix of sessions to help extend your life including topics around healthy hips, gut nutrition, sleep, and walking to help find balance and longevity.

The day includes a welcome juice shot to help invigorate you, light nutritious lunch to nourish you, 2 movement sessions, 2 workshops/lectures, wellness walk and welcome gift. There are limited spaces and this event always sells out so do take a look at all the details below and book your space.
