June Meditation Theme: Coming Home to Yourself ☺️
This month I invite you to take a gentle step inward.
As the energy of June encourages emotional healing and reconnection, our meditation gatherings will focus on Coming Home to Yourself – creating space to soften, reflect, and truly land in your own heart.
Through guided relaxation, visualisation, and energy work we’ll release what’s been weighing you down and nurture a sense of inner peace, clarity, and groundedness. These beautifully restorative sessions are designed to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the noise of life – calmer, clearer, and more whole.
Join us for an hour of guided relaxation, visualisation, and meditation – entirely focused on you and your wellbeing.
No experience needed – just come as you are. Let this be your sanctuary 🌿
Where: Brook House, St. Neots, PE19 2BP
When: Sunday 29th June, 10am
Exchange: £15 (always includes a little something to take home with you)
Bring a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit.
