Free Community Yoga & Meditation Session

Let’s come together and wrap up this week’s Mental health awareness week, with a free community yoga & meditation session, immersed in the beauty of Priory Park and hopefully sunshine 🤞🏽

Yoga is all about connection—to the breath, the present moment, to something greater than ourselves.
The practice of yoga nourishes our connections within our community.

The word Yoga means to yoke, to unite, so let’s do just that!

Move together, breathe together, meditate together, which in turn leads us to a community full of support and understanding, with the ability to uplift and nurture feelings of belonging and safety.

I am a lifelong resident of St Neots and I bloody love it — the people, the places and the green spaces, so this community session is a gift of appreciation and gratitude to those who make St Neots a special community to be a part of.

Come in comfy clothes to move and breath in, no expensive yoga trousers needed!

Please bring along a water bottle and
a mat, but that may even be optional if you are happy with direct contact on the earth.

This yoga practice is totally weather dependent 🤞🏽☀️
