Aroma Sound Experience Workshop

During this beautiful evening experience, you'll enjoy a welcoming, grounding, empowering, enveloping energy to relax, create and be supported to welcome in a new sense of energy for yourself.

We'll begin the evening with an invitation to gently ground ourselves with breathwork and essential oils.

You'll then be introduced to and immersed in the powerful experience of plant medicine as we create essential oil blends to support our energy and emotions.. you will create and blend your won individual bespoke blend, with our support!

During this workshop you’ll be introduced to a variety of different oils and blends that support energy and emotions in our daily lives. You’ll be guided to create your very own blend to take home with you, either based on the aromas you’re drawn to, or the properties of the oils that resonate with you.

With the backdrop of the most beautiful hidden lake among woodland to make the whole experience unforgettable!

After you have made your magical blends, we will then invite you to the wonderful healing vibrations from the sound bath as the sun sets over the lake.

We'll finish the evening by the lake around the fire with a warming cacao to truly ground you in the moment and anchor in the heart energy before you return home.. floating!

For this event yoga mats are provided to lay on , but you're welcome to bring blanket and a pillow or two to create your own nest for the sound healing. We also suggest you bring an extra layer of clothing with you as we will venture outside at some point during the evening.
