Tuesday Track Night Mile Time Trial

📍 Meet at Waggener High School Track
🕡 Warmup run begins at 6:00 PM

We’ll complete a 5 minute dynamic warmup together before an easy 10 minute warmup run. This week, we'll run a 1 mile time trial. Remember, your only competition is yourself!
