Parent Loss Grief Support Group

Losing a parent is a life-changing experience, no matter your age. Our Parent Loss Support Group offers a caring, supportive space where you can connect with others who truly understand what this kind of loss feels like. Each session is an opportunity to share your story, talk through the ups and downs of grief, and learn healthy ways to cope — all in a setting where you don’t have to navigate it alone.

🗓 When:
1st & 3rd Tuesdays
6:00 – 7:30 PM
(This group does not meet in July or January.)

📍 Where:
Hosparus Health Grief Counseling Center
3532 Ephraim McDowell Dr., Louisville, KY

💛 Cost:
There is no fee to attend.

If you’re joining for the first time, please register ahead of time. A facilitator will reach out before your first session to help you feel welcomed and prepared.

Please Note:
Because space is limited, and confidentiality is essential, we are unable to accommodate guests or additional attendees who aren’t enrolled in the group. This ensures a safe and private environment for everyone who participates.
