Resilience is like a muscle — you are born with it, but training is required for it to be as strong as you want it to be. 💪
In this workshop, we’ll explore the different types of resilience and discover how to strengthen them in every aspect of life. You’ll learn to harness your strengths, compensate for weaknesses, understand your limitations, and gain practical strategies for when you need them most. 🌱
