Dave Smith is the head distiller/blender at St. George Spirits. “His accomplishments in the field have led GQ to dub him “(one of the) mad scientists of American whiskey” and have garnered widespread accolades and a world-class reputation for our whiskey program.”

Smith will go through history, shaping, and production of St.
George spirits.

This event will be in None of the Above’s Library Room, between 6 - 8 PM. Only 20 tickets available! Complementary snacks and a cocktail included in your ticket price.
