First Course: Naveran cava Rose 2022 - Penedes, Spain
"Tortilla de Patatas y Caviar"
Caviar, Barcelona salted cream, potato, egg, white onion and olive oil.

Second Course: Graci Rosè 2023 - Sicily, Italy
"Arancini e Brazino"
Fumet arancini, lemon, herb, Brazino, garlic, butter and activated charcoal.

Third Course: Chateau Saint- Roch Rosé 2024 - Languedoc, France
"Cassoulet d'agneau Avec Salades de Figues"
Lamb, mire poix, shallot, stock, fennel, herbs de Provence, garlic, white bean, endive, fig and goat cheese.

Fourth Course: Turley White Zinfandel Rosé 2024 - California
"Pork Loin Mignon"
Pork loin filet, beef bacon, saffron, couscous, herb, California orange Hollandaise.

Fifth Course: Bodegas Olivares Garnacha Rosé 2024 - Jumilia, Spain
"Queso y Salchicha"
2 year Manchego cheese, compressed watermelon, cherry balsamic and Iberico de Bellota Lomo.
