Prana Pathways: Yoga & Pendulum Readings for Chakra Balance with Mandi Gray of Tranquil Growth Yoga

Join Mandi Gray of Tranquil Growth Yoga for a New Moon Chakra-based Yoga Class, along with Reiki-Infused Chakra Pendulum Readings.

Each month Mandi will focus on one Chakra, guiding you through a yoga sequence to ignite the flow of prana (vital life force energy) within the body. Afterwards, she will give Reiki-Infused Chakra Pendulum readings, detecting the energy levels in your Chakras.

When our Chakras are out of alignment, we can be pulled in several directions and feel off center from our most natural state of well being. She will provide insights for each reading and handouts for further study.
