Mobilizing Leadership: A Lifesize Leadership Gameboard Event Experience

Please Join US for an in-person Mobilizing Leadership Engagement to help us TEST a NEW PROGRAM ENGAGEMENT offering!

As part of our ongoing pursuit to create meaningful experiential learning engagements for individuals, teams, and organizations, we are launching our new outdoor Leadership Gameboard engagement format and we need your participation! As part of the event, we will be asking for your insights and feedback to help us test and refine the program structure.

For the outdoor Leadership Gameboard Engagement, we will be focusing on our Leadership on the Go format which is one of our MEWE–LEAD Immersive Trainings & Events for Individuals and Teams.

Through this unique and engaging two-hour event, you will be moving through our Life-Size Gameboard environment to explore perspectives on what individuals and teams want to create for yourself and others in LIFE, WORK, & COMMUNITY with greater CLARITY and INTENT.

A selection of our tools and methodologies will be used to generate positive actions you can use going forward:

• (See it, Own it, Create within it): A foundational tool that helps to align people's thinking, clarifies their willingness to act, and creates clarity towards specific actions they plan to take to create the change that is desired.

• (Through Risk U Shape Trust): Organizes risks to be navigated in pursuit of an objective, defines tactical actions to mitigate those risks, and creates a level of transparency and safety in pursuing opportunities that people want to achieve.
• : Provides structure and strategies for people to lead in the moment with greater clarity, positivity, and intention on a more consistent basis.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

This event is open to anyone (16) and older (Note: A Parent, Guardian, OR pre-approved Adult Chaperone must accompany anyone under Age 18).

Register as an individual or as a team including people from your company or organization.

REGISTRATION:

This is a FREE BETA-TEST session but all participants must REGISTER through the Eventbrite Link. Space is limited to 32 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
