July STL WIRE: Niche Down to Level Up with Gretchen Kingma

We are a group of real estate investors (including women who want to become real estate investors) that love to talk about investing. Come join us to network and meet like-minded ladies. Dinner and drinks are available to purchase, but this is a FREE event to attend and there are no sales pitches.

With a heart for seniors and individuals with disabilities, Gretchen combines her healthcare expertise with real estate to create thoughtful, accessible solutions for her clients. She’s passionate about helping others build businesses with purpose and is on a mission to make aging-in-place a reality for more families.
