We will begin with a quick recap of Email Basics, then move into a deep dive on Zoom, where you will practice the most important tools step by step.

Please remember to bring your own device (BYOD) such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop so you can follow along during the activities.

• How to schedule, register, host, and join meetings
• How to share your screen during a meeting
• How to access Zoom from the web, desktop app, or mobile app
• How to use chat, reactions, and virtual backgrounds
• How to adjust your camera and sound for better quality

• How to join meetings and use simple features confidently
