Join us at Saint Louis University’s Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology on July 17th at 10:00 AM CST for a hands-on workshop showcasing NanoTemper’s cutting-edge technologies— the Monolith X and the Prometheus Panta.
Discover how to rapidly quantify binding affinities with high sensitivity, directly in solution, using Monolith X’s next-generation Spectral Shift technology, and how the Prometheus Panta enables high-throughput holistic stability studies utilizing a multi-parameter approach.
Whether you're investigating molecular interactions, screening large libraries of binders, or looking for answers to your protein stability questions, this workshop will equip you with powerful tools to make confident, data-driven decisions.
Take an opportunity to generate a holistic stability profile of your protein of interest with live demonstrations of the Prometheus Panta. If interested, you'll be asked to submit a sample registration form during the checkout/registration process.
Coffee and Lunch will be provided!
Who should attend: Researchers and scientists in academia or industry working in protein science, biophysics, drug discovery, or structural biology.
Parking is available directly across from the venue at the Marie Curie parking lot, 1205 Carr Lane Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104.
Info: Learn how easy it can be to determine binding affinity with the Monolith X's in-solution and mass independent method of binding affinity characterization, compatible with almost any modality, in any buffer. Whether you're working on Membrane proteins in Nanodiscs, complex ternary interactions (PROTACs/Molecular Glues), IDPs or any other type of biomolecular interactions, get gold-standard binding affinity data in minutes using nanograms of protein!
Info: Whether you're an industrial scientist developing the next protein therapeutic, or you're an academic scientist solving protein structures or performing complex proteomics assays, ensuring your protein is stable is crucial. Discover how the Prometheus Panta enables you to develop holistic protein stability profiles in a single run. This presentation will highlight how its multi-parameter capabilities—tracking unfolding, aggregation, and particle sizing simultaneously—streamline your workflow and deliver deeper insights into protein behavior.
Info: Lunch catered by Chipotle. You can take this opportunity to network with other scientists from St. Louis or to chat with our team about your projects.
Info: Do you want to see how thermally and colloidally stable your protein is? As you register for the event, you'll be asked if you would like to test your sample. If interested, you'll be sent a follow-up email to complete a sample registration form. This will be the end of the workshop, but the NanoTemper team will stick around to 5:00 PM to answer lingering questions and to run any remaining samples.
