"Pane e Speck" - Erlebnis "Brot und Speck" - "Bread and Speck" experience

Il profumo del pane appena sfornato e il sapore aromatico dell'originale speck altoatesino: vi verrà l'acquolina in bocca!

Ogni martedì dal 24 giugno all'7 ottobre, presso la stazione intermedia di Olang 1+2, si svolge l'evento "Pane e Speck". Il pane locale viene cotto fresco e croccante in un forno tradizionale e dopo potrete assaggiare il pane caldo con lo speck originale dell'Alto Adige.
Mentre vi immergete nel mondo tradizionale altoatesino, potete lasciarvi ispirare dalla bellezza del paesaggio montano circostante.

Der Duft von ofenfrischem Brot, die aromatisch würzige Note von originalem Südtiroler Speck – da läuft einem das Wasser im Mund zusammen!

Jeden Dienstag, im Zeitraum vom 24. Juni bis 07. Oktober, findet bei der Mittelstation Olang 1+2 das Erlebnis „Brot und Speck“ statt. In einem traditionellen Ofen wird lokales Brot frisch und knusprig gebacken und anschließend darfst du dich auf eine leckere Verkostung des backofenwarmen Brot mir originalem Südtiroler Speck freuen.

Während du in die traditionsreiche Südtiroler Welt eintauchst, kannst du dich von der Schönheit der umliegenden Berglandschaft inspirieren und deine Seele baumeln lassen.

The aroma of freshly baked bread, the flavorful and spicy taste of authentic South Tyrolean speck – it's enough to make your mouth water!

Every Tuesday, from June 24 to October 7, the "Bread and Speck" experience takes place at the Olang 1+2 middle station. Local bread is baked fresh and crispy in a traditional oven and afterwards you can look forward to a delicious tasting of the oven-warm bread with original South Tyrolean speck.
While you immerse yourself in the traditional South Tyrolean world, you can be inspired by the beauty of the surrounding mountain landscape and let your mind wander.
