On 5 December last year I put out an ask out for old material to make a quilt out of a poem by David Cain.
The quilt is nearly finished and WILL be finished for a special launch event on:
Monday 1 December – World AIDS Day.
It will be on show from 6–8pm
in Unit 2 Gallery, 8–10 London Road, St Leonards-on-Sea

You are all welcome to come – I thought we could make it an impromptu Hastings Creatives networking event!
Around 6.30pm I’ll read the poem (it is very short), and give a slightly longer talk about the Quilt.
Then we can have a good old chinwag.
Please bring something to drink/share and ideally, your own vessels to drink out of – I’d like to keep it sustainable and avoid washing up!
