Week 1: Awareness (Sun, 5th Oct) Female: 16:00–17:15
Foundation of growth through understanding emotions, motivations, and values. The impact of lacking self-awareness and connecting subconscious with conscious.
Week 2: Understanding (Sun, 19th Oct) Female 16:00–17:15 Deepening empathy and connection by appreciating self and others. Awareness connects us to core values, anchoring decisions.
Week 3: Trust (Sun, 26th Oct) Female 18:30–19:45 Building self-trust to overcome doubt and act with confidence. Aligning head, heart, and soul for courageous forward movement.
Week 4: Honesty (Sun, 2nd Nov) Female 16:00–17:15 Self-honesty as the gateway to authentic living and making true progress. Truth acceptance enables genuine transformation.
Week 5: Empowerment (Sun, 9th Nov) Female 07:45–09:00 Harnessing strengths to silence the inner critic and fuel success. Recognizing expertise in oneself to achieve goals.
Week 6: Nurturing (Sun, 16th Nov) Female 16:00–17:15 Cultivating self-compassion and patience for sustainable growth. Nurturing change like an acorn growing into an oak tree.
Week 7: Transformation (Sun, 23rd Nov) Female 16:00–17:15 Aligning values with actions to unlock true potential and fulfilment. Using positive traits to transform current self and move forward.
Week 8: Integrity & Compassion (Sun, 7th Dec) Female 16:00–17:15 Living in alignment with values and embracing self-compassion. Protecting and owning your authentic self with compassion.
